For founders and small teams

Every client task in 1 list. 1 task on screen at a time.

Put in the client work, your routines and your Google Calendar. Easier Now orders it and shows you 1 task at a time. Assign the rest to your team.

14 days free. No card.

Five client projects, 41 hours of open work, in one list.
My today list is 50 items. There is a hundred hours of work in my today section.

What running the business looks like right now.

  • 19 open projects, and the invoice is the one you forgot to send.
  • You asked your team for 13 things this week and cannot say where any of them are.
  • You spent 2 hours rebuilding the project board and shipped the client work late.
  • You replan the week on Monday and the plan is out of date by Tuesday.

That is what happens when the whole business lives in 1 head.

What changes

What running it feels like instead

  • The business stops living in your head.
  • You stop being the bottleneck on your own team.
  • You can take a day off.
  • You stop promising Friday and delivering Tuesday.
  • The admin hours come back.

Get the business out of your head.

Put your clients, routines and calendar in. Open tomorrow to 1 task.

If you want the how

The 6 things it does for you.

Tap 1One card, then Done, Skip, Later and Log
Tap 2The dialog, set to 120 minutes
Tap 3Spot on, and 40 XP on the tree
Tap 4Level 77 in the header, and the next card already there

What comes next

4 things on a task decide what you do next.

How urgent it is, how much it matters, what an hour of it is worth, and a star for the 1 task that matters most today.

  • Urgency Red What goes wrong if this is late?
  • Importance Blue Does this get me somewhere I want to go?
  • Pay grade Green and yellow Should I be the one doing this?
  • Priority star Purple Is this the one thing, today?

The Info tab

Take notes on the call. The actions are already captured.

Tick the actions in your call notes, press + Task, and they become tasks.

A checkbox in your notes is just a checkbox. Press + Task, or click away from the note, and Easier Now shows you what it is about to create before it creates it.

For teams

Hand the work over and watch it move.

Everyone on the team opens to the same 1-task screen. You see their work. Their personal tasks stay private.

Assign a task, then check the screen instead of chasing people.

See what each person has finished, what is open, and what has not moved in a week.

  • Work tasks are visible, personal tasks are not
  • Roles decide who can see and assign what
  • Logged minutes show where the bottleneck is
Hand a task over and the task lands in their queue. You can see where the work stands without asking.
  • Hours you get back Nobody writes a status update, because the screen already says it.
  • Where the time went Real logged minutes per person and per project, not guesses.
  • The right person on it Pay grade says whether a task should be yours at all.
Anthony Stratton, who built Easier Now

"He just needs to apply himself."

I read that on every school report. On a scattered day I finished about 10 tasks. Running my agency on Easier Now, I finish 24.

Questions founders ask

I have abandoned every productivity app. Why would Easier Now be different?

Easier Now has nothing to maintain. There is no board to tidy, no weekly setup and no daily planning session. Miss a fortnight and you are handed the backlog one item at a time, with 3 buttons under each: skip it, do it today, or mark it done.

What if Easier Now does not work for me?

If this is your first subscription, ask us within 30 days of your first payment and we refund it. No form, and you do not have to tell us why.

Do I have to have the tree and the points?

Finishing a task earns XP and grows a tree. It is optional: one setting turns both off, and nothing else about the app changes.

What happens when a client blows up my afternoon?

Press Optimise schedule and Easier Now works the rest of the day out again. Your strict commitments stay where they are, your flexible work is refitted into the hours that are left, and anything that no longer fits today is shown to you so you can move it or drop it.

Does it connect to my calendar?

Yes, Google Calendar, both ways. Events come in with prep and travel time added, tasks can be written back as calendar blocks, and you choose which calendars sync. More calendars are on the roadmap. You can also split personal from work, so nobody on your team sees what you do after hours.

Can my team use Easier Now without training?

Everyone gets the same screen: one task with Done, Skip, Later and Log. You can see the work tasks you assigned and what each person has finished. Personal tasks stay private.

What about sensitive client data?

Workspaces are private and access is set by role. Admins cannot see anyone's personal tasks. Private deployments for regulated industries are on the roadmap, not shipped.

What happens to a repeating task if I miss it?

Set the repeat and the time once. If you are away when one is due it is not lost: it moves near the top of the next day's list for that side of your life, and it never turns into ten copies of itself.

How does Easier Now know which tasks it can move?

You mark each task strict or flexible. Strict means anchored to a time, and that covers more than meetings: picking the kids up, the dentist, going to sleep, feeding the cats, the window you keep for email. Everything flexible is fitted around those.

What happens on day 15?

Your 14 days need no card, so nothing is charged when they end. On day 15 everything you put in is still there and you can still read all of it. What you cannot do is add or change things until you pick a plan. Which plan you need follows what you actually used: stay inside three projects and five routines and Starter covers you, go past that and it is Pro.

What happens to my tasks if I stop paying?

They stay. Your account goes read-only, so every task, project, note and logged minute is still there to look at. We do not delete your work and we do not hold it hostage. Exporting it to a file is on the roadmap.

Is my data used to train AI?

No. Your tasks, notes and client information are not used to train any AI model, ours or anybody else's.

Is there an app for my phone?

Not yet. Easier Now is built for the desktop today, where the work gets done. It runs in your browser and installs to your dock or taskbar so it opens in its own window with its own icon. A phone version is being built and you can follow it on the roadmap.

How do I get my tasks out of the app I use now?

Export a CSV from your current app, which every one of them can do, and drop it into Easier Now. You do not have to rearrange the columns or match a template first: Easier Now reads the file and works out which column is the task, which is the due date, which is the project, and so on.

  • 14 days free, no card Nothing is charged unless you pick a plan.
  • Cancel in a click In settings, with no phone call and no form.
  • Your data is yours On day 15 it is all still there to read.
