Bring your tasks across in one file.

What keeps people in an app they have already given up on is the thought of moving everything by hand. You do not have to. Export a CSV, drop it in, and Easier Now works out what each column means.

Three steps

Out of the old app, into this one.

It takes about as long as the export does.

  1. Export a CSV from the app you use now Every one of them can do it. Todoist, Things, TickTick, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Monday, Notion, Microsoft To Do, Google Tasks, or a spreadsheet you have kept by hand.
  2. Drop the file into Easier Now You do not have to rename a column, reorder anything, or fill in a template first. Easier Now reads the file and works out which column holds the task, which holds the due date, and which holds the project.
  3. Check what it found, then confirm You see what is about to be created before it is created, the same as everywhere else in the app. Nothing is created until you confirm it.

Any format

You do not have to tidy the file up first.

Most imports fall over at the point where you are asked to map your columns onto somebody else's template. Easier Now reads the file as it came out of the other app.

What happens on day 15?

Your 14 days need no card, so nothing is charged when they end. On day 15 everything you put in is still there and you can still read all of it. What you cannot do is add or change things until you pick a plan. Which plan you need follows what you actually used: stay inside three projects and five routines and Starter covers you, go past that and it is Pro.

What happens to my tasks if I stop paying?

They stay. Your account goes read-only, so every task, project, note and logged minute is still there to look at. We do not delete your work and we do not hold it hostage. Exporting it to a file is on the roadmap.

How do I get my tasks out of the app I use now?

Export a CSV from your current app, which every one of them can do, and drop it into Easier Now. You do not have to rearrange the columns or match a template first: Easier Now reads the file and works out which column is the task, which is the due date, which is the project, and so on.
